The Step-by-Step Experience
Sign Up & Choose a Plan
The young professional creates an account and selects a subscription plan (Starter, Essential, or Premium). Access to the platform is immediate
Explore & Discover
They browse the catalog: company offers, expert profiles, and fields. They can view everything for free before committing
Book a Session
They choose an expert, select their package (3 or 9 sessions), and complete payment. The booking is confirmed instantly
Exchange of contact information
Once the booking is confirmed, the student and the expert receive each other’s contact information. They schedule the times that work for both of them together
Conducting the sessions
Sessions take place by mutual agreement. For the Essential package: 3 sessions. For the Premium package: up to 9 sessions over a maximum of 6 months
Validation & Certification
After each session, both parties confirm completion. Once all sessions are validated, the student receives their official ExperiCi certificate
Simplified Profile Creation
The expert creates their profile: area of expertise, description of their services, rate (within the platform’s limits). And set up an availability calendar
Receiving the booking
When a learner person books, the expert receives a notification with the learner person’s information. They contact the learner within a set timeframe (e.g., 48 hours)
Direct Scheduling
The expert and the learner communicate directly (WhatsApp, email, etc.) to set times that work for both. Full flexibility with no restrictions
Session & Confirmation
The expert leads each session, then confirms completion on the platform. Both confirmations (learner + expert) trigger the payment process
Automatic Payment
Once all sessions are completed and confirmed, the expert receives full payment. A clear and transparent history is available in their dashboard
