I help you build the Schlumberger Faculty for the Future application that convinces an international jury — because I secured and renewed this fellowship myself from 2015 to 2019, from the first round all the way through the Board interview.

Long Description
With a selection rate of around 11%, every section of your application matters. I guide you so that your profile is positioned with precision, your personal essay is compelling, and your commitment to returning home is told in a way that convinces — not just informs.
When I first applied for the Schlumberger Foundation Faculty for the Future fellowship, I was a doctoral researcher in plant biotechnology at the University of Yaoundé I. I had a solid research project and genuine motivation — but I didn't know exactly what the jury was looking for behind the questions.
I was selected to continue my research at the University of Strasbourg. Then renewed every year, through to the completion of my PhD in 2019.
What I learned across the selection rounds — eligibility review, multi-criteria scoring, scientific committee, and telephone interview with the Foundation's Board — is that the applications that succeed are not necessarily the most brilliant ones on paper. They are the ones that tell a coherent, credible story rooted in concrete impact for their home country.
Today, I am the president and founder of She STEMin Africa (https://shesteminafrica.com/), an association supporting African women in STEM with a community of nearly 300 members. My post-fellowship journey is exactly what the Foundation hopes to create with each grantee — and that is what I will help you project in your own application.
