What happens during a session with an expert?
Once you’ve made your booking, you’ll receive your expert’s contact details (and they’ll receive yours). You’ll then arrange a suitable time together — via WhatsApp, email, or any other channel. The three sessions will take place over a period of one to three months, as mutually agreed.
When is the expert paid?
The expert is paid only once both parties (you and the expert) have confirmed that all sessions have been completed. This mutual confirmation triggers the automatic payment. This serves as a guarantee for you that the sessions have indeed taken place.
Can I switch plans partway through?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan at any time. The change takes effect as soon as you upgrade. Any ongoing sessions with your current expert will not be interrupted.
What happens if I’m not satisfied?
In the event of a dispute, our team acts as an arbitrator. If the sessions have not taken place, payment to the expert is withheld. We have put in place a clear verification procedure to protect both parties.
How much does a session with an expert cost?
Each expert is free to set their own rate for a package of three sessions. Your subscription allows you to book a session with the expert. If any additional charges apply based on the expert’s standard rate, these are our responsibility — you won’t be charged anything extra at the time of booking.
How do I get my certificate?
Your official ExperiCi certificate is generated automatically once all your sessions have been validated. You’ll receive it directly via email, and you can share it directly on LinkedIn or download it as a PDF
